Job DescriptionAs a back-end engineer you will be part of our development team in Cambridge, MA, working ot add new features to our application. This involves development of integrations with Insurance companies, payment systems, and other partners, as well as database architecture, performance optimization, and some devops.Requirements

- Fluent in Python
- Strong with Django
- Strong OO design skills
- Strong relational database design and query optimization skills
- Good technical communication / specification writing skills
- 4-year degree Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience as a developer
- Can commute to Cambridge, MA
- Experience working with large or complex data sets and scalable systems
- Experience with DevOps (AWS)
- Experience with our tech stack: Django, DRF, Celery, Redis, MySQL, AWS, Ubuntu, Solr, Git
- Do meaningful work that can have an impact
