 Cortex, the first artificial intelligence platform for creative decision-making, is hiring our first customer success manager to help support our rapidly growing roster of global brands. 


Required experience:
Previous successful experience in a customer success role at a SaaS startup

Required skills:
Exceptional writing skills (English)
Patience 
Exceptional problem-solving skills
The ability to design an implement processes

Optional skills worth highlighting:
Business-level proficiency with languages other than English
Coding ability (and the relevant languages)

Opportunity:
As the first of the customer success team, you will design processes to help our customers better use and understand our artificial intelligence software.  If successful, you will be in charge of the team as it grows to support our over 100% growth year on year.
