Join our team as an Analyst focused on FP&A data analysis, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the data integrity of key performance indicators that influence strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with FP&A, FinOps, and Data Engineering teams to develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of data tables and dashboards using SQL and Tableau. Your expertise will support crucial processes such as promotional spend tracking and user KPI tracking, and you'll perform ad-hoc analyses vital for Investor Relations during quarterly earnings.
What you'll do as an FP&A Data Analyst

  • Support FP&A through the development and maintenance of data tables and dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and FinOps Teams to identify and remediate data discrepancies in Promotions data.
  • Owning the data reporting and analysis for all promotional spend tracking and user KPI tracking.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting to support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings.
  • Integrate new data flows into existing infrastructure when new features or products are launched

What you'll bring

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Expertise in SQL and Excel are required; experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and Python are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.
  • Well-organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,800.00 - $115,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
