The Crown Is Yours
The Product Platform Analytics Team enables our Sportsbook, Casino, Daily Fantasy and Pick6 products to thrive by generating data-driven insights that allow for improvement of fundamental services core to the DraftKings customer experience. In this role, you will bring a strategic, data-focused mindset to help solve complex problems across the platform space to create better experiences across the DraftKings ecosystem. Through cross-functional collaboration, strategic recommendations via robust experimentation, and analytical deep dives for data insights, you will enable DraftKings to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.
What you'll do as an Analyst II, Product Platform

  • Generate strategic insights that inform prioritization of product roadmaps and help drive DraftKings forwards.
  • Spearhead the development of hypothesis testing framework for the platform team to help test new models and concepts to engage with our customers.
  • Execute on open-ended, high-impact analyses that give insight into the DraftKings customer experience and help us understand how we can improve
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline reporting, automate and build alerts to help detect potential issues, and develop data-driven recommendations towards product improvement.
  • Package your insights and recommendations and share them out with leaders across our product, engineering, and operations organizations to promote data-driven decisions


What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles (preferably with exposure to technology/product, e-commerce and/or consulting industry).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets. Python/R experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, or similar data visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Periscope Data.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, or another presentation software
  • Demonstrated history of developing new insights from data.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
