EverQuote is seeking an Office Manager to manage all aspects of its office logistics and facilities and support office personnel. This individual will supervise the Office Administrator and maintain a welcoming
office environment. This role is based in our Cambridge HQ and requires being in office 5 days a week.

What you'll do:

● Manage all appearance, functionality, and physical aspects of the office
● Support administrative needs of senior leadership team
● Supervise and coordinate with the office facilities assistant
● Manage, backup, and support receptionist coverage
● Manage office systems, including access and visitor systems
● Liaise with landlord and office vendors for maintenance and repair of office
● Coordinate with other office administrators in other offices
● Maintain standards for stock levels and establish practices
● Ensure professional office appearance
● Plan event office-wide events and initiatives
● Lead space planning, furnishing, and build-out projects
● Support special projects and provide administrative support as needed
● Communicate office-wide messages and maintain policy documents
