The Role

Loom x Atlassian
Loom is on a mission to empower everyone at work to communicate more effectively, wherever they are. We are already trusted by over 20M users across 350k+ companies. Our customers are global and use Loom at work at world-class companies including Netflix, HubSpot, Atlassian, Juniper Networks, and Twitter. Atlassian acquired Loom in 2023, in order to scale video at work everywhere.
The Role
Loom is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will work on building out Loom's Enterprise product. You'll own the Enterprise experiences and products around security, compliance, and scale, reaching millions of people inside the Loom and Atlassian products they already use every day for work.
Together, we'll empower our customers to collaborate in a richer, more engaging way through asynchronous video via a seamless experience between videos, documents, and the workflows between them. At Atlassian, we're not just building products; we're creating a movement, and you'll play a key role in crafting experiences that change the way the world works. We're not just a part of Atlassian; we're the driving force behind changing async behavior through video.
This is a remote role. To help our teams work together, you must be located between PST and EST.
What you'll do

  • Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Loom and Atlassian products.
  • Drive Loom's strategy around continued upmarket growth and expansion
  • Engage with our buyer persona through participation in sales/success calls to understand user needs
  • Work cross functionally with Loom's design, engineering, sales, and success teams to develop concepts and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, positioning, sales-enablement, and GTM plans
  • Help the team define and track key success metrics
  • Recruit and interview new Product Managers, and actively improve our inclusive product hiring process.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise SaaS product management)
  • You believe deeply in the power of video and its ability to transform communication at work
  • You have a deep understanding of enterprise needs for identity, security, privacy and compliance, and are comfortable with the related technical and legal concepts
  • You have a track record of successfully scaling products for enterprise to unlock upmarket customers
  • You're data-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds
  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and you're comfortable managing high-stakes communications
  • You thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
