Our mission: A passion for our people. Value for our customers. If you want to build a great company then start with good friends, add a couple of crazy ideas, and sprinkle in a lot of grit and gratitude. This approach is the magic MetroStar was founded on 20+ years ago. Since then, we’ve gone from a George Mason dorm room to our beautiful Reston campus and from 3 people to over 300. We attribute this growth to protecting the culture (aka “our north star”) that gave MetroStar life. We bring together really good people to create really good tech. We love that our people are eclectic, quirky, brilliant, and ready to make an impact across the federal government.
