We created an Engagement Manager position that acts as the client’s liaison to all members of their IT team. The Engagement Manager is also responsible for Client relationships, aligning their IT strategies and ensuring their best interests are always represented. Another great benefit iuvo Technologies provides is unlimited training, as indicated by our professional development Fridays. We want you to grow your skills and develop your own brand. If there is a skill that is important to you, whether we have a client in need of it or not, we encourage employees to learn it and we pay for it. We want you to succeed and so do your colleagues. The overall culture of the company is just that – everyone encourages each other and helps. We hold colleague led trainings several times a month and recently started including written trainings in our company-wide emails. We’re also careful to assign teams at client sites that allow skills to be developed. The satisfaction of our employees is our number one goal - and it shows as this past year we only had one employee leave the company. We send frequent surveys to see what employees would like to change or add with regards to benefits, culture and everyday office life. In addition, after every event, outing or change we survey to solicit feedback and consistently get satisfaction rates in the 95%-100% range. Feedback from our employees is a gift that keeps our business running. We make sure to solicit often and make changes as needed. The proof is in the satisfaction of our employees, which is clear from the survey driven awards we consistently win. Just last year we were awarded the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places To Work and the Inc. 5000 Best Places To Work awards.
