Takeda's Financial Development Program (FDP) Program Analyst is a three-year rotational program for recent college graduates in finance and accounting. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3.0 GPA or higher, US citizenship or authorization to work in the US, and at least 1 relevant internship.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing content lifecycle, ensuring data quality and security, and integrating digital content with omnichannel platforms. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Digital Marketing and 7+ years of experience in implementing digital marketing solutions at an enterprise level in a regulated environment.
