Iterative Scopes raised $150M. The company raised $150 million in a Series B round co-led by Insight Partners and Clearlake Capital. Iterative Scopes provides AI-enabled technology and software for medical professionals in the gastroenterology field. The funding will be used for the development of its products and services and to grow its team. Iterative Scopes is currently hiring for dozens of roles. Appcues gained $32M. The Series B round was led by Marc Lederman at NewSpring Capital. Appcues provides software to make the onboarding process easier, with low-code solutions that can detect and fix any issues. The fresh funds will allow Appcues to invest in its team, products and research. The company has a few engineering roles currently open as well as positions in several other departments. [Appcues]
NuvoAir got an additional $11M. NuvoAir recently raised $11 million led by Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ venture capital arm, Hikma Ventures, bringing its Series A round to $25 million. The initial $14 million Series A was announced in June. NuvoAir is a healthtech company focusing on respiratory conditions, such as asthma and COPD, and provides services to help monitor and manage the conditions through data-driven infrastructure and clinical expertise. The funding will allow the company to accelerate the launch of its clinical services, expand its platform and increase its number of employees. [PR Newswire]

New company Cloaked raised $4M. Boston entrepreneurs and brothers Arjun and Ahbijay Bhatnagar co-founded Cloaked with the mission of protecting people’s data and privacy, by using “cloaked information” that doesn’t save every piece of data or password from an online user. Instead, Cloaked generates new information each time without requiring the user to create new passwords or emails. The company raised $4 million in a seed round led by Human Capital with participation from other investors, such as billionaire businessman Peter Thiel and General Catalyst. Transmit Security got a new chief marketing officer. Transmit Security brings authentication and authorization technology to the workforce. The company aims to create a world where authentication is passwordless. Transmit Security announced it hired Chris Pick to serve as its new chief marketing officer. The new addition comes after the company raised a $543 million Series A funding round last June. [Business Wire]
Onapsis gained a new SVP. Onapsis, the cybersecurity and compliance company providing threat detection and response, announced a new addition to its team. The company appointed Rocco Donnino as SVP of global strategic alliances and channels. Donnino brings more than two decades of experience and is the latest to join the Onapsis’ leadership team.
