
Marketing technology company OfferFit has secured $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Menlo Ventures. The company’s AI-driven platform aims to replace traditional testing methods with automated experimentation, helping lifecycle marketers optimize their campaigns faster.
OfferFit’s reinforcement learning AI continuously learns and adapts to customer actions, working to help businesses optimize campaigns like cross-sell, upsell, retention, referral and winback. OfferFit’s AI-based experimentation platform allows for faster generation of data-driven insights, enabling the creation of more tailored offers and content.
The company’s solution has been adopted by enterprises such as MetLife, Foxtel Group and Brinks Home. OfferFit plans to use the funding to scale its operations and invest in product developments that will make its tech quicker and easier to deploy and offer more tools for marketers to leverage their insights.
