The MBTA Technology Innovation team is looking for a Senior UX & Information Designer to join the Screens Team, focusing on improving communication of information at MBTA stops and stations. Responsibilities include working with product and engineering teams, defining features for screens, creating prototypes, and following design standards of the MBTA.

The Director of Digital Transformation will be responsible for leading and shaping the digital transformation program area at the MBTA Technology Innovation Department. They will develop and articulate a vision for the future state of digital transformation, advocate for that vision with internal and external stakeholders, and assemble a self-contained team to execute on the program's initiatives. The director will work towards making the organization more efficient, equitable, and safe through the use of research, design, and technology.

They coordinate requisitions, track purchase orders, review purchase requests, process contractor invoices, and communicate effectively with management and vendors.

This role as a Data Analyst at the MBTA Technology Innovation Department involves applying modern principles of research, design, and technology to improve the transit system experience for riders in the Greater Boston area.
