Constant Contact is seeking an energetic Sales Manager who will lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6-8 Account Executives selling our award-winning marketing tools to small businesses and nonprofits across the country. If you're a relentless competitor, a data-driven strategist, and a passionate about cultivating talent our sales team wants to hear from you!

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives 
  • Inspect, review, and analyze key metrics that drive business and provide insight and guidance to senior leadership
  • Provide innovative ways to help increase and improve individual and team performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
  • Be accountable and hold your team accountable for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably high-volume inside sales
  • 1-3 years of Sales management experience, preferably high volume inside sales
  • You have SaaS sales experience
  • You love to win and be part of a winning team
  • You thrive on competition
  • You love to develop and coach people
  • You bring energy and a positive attitude to work every day
  • You believe in having fun at work
  • You're collaborative and constantly looking to get better
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Comfortable seeking feedback from all levels in the organization
  • Experience selling services or technology to small businesses is highly preferred
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong ability to manage change
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • You want to help small businesses succeed!

*Total OTE for this role is $120,600 - $142,808+





The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
