As an Inside Sales Manager at Constant Contact, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6-8 sales reps who sell Constant Contact’s award-winning marketing tools to small businesses and nonprofits across the country. What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Inside Sales Reps
  • Inspect, review, and analyze key metrics that drive your business and provide insight and guidance to senior leadership
  • Provide innovative ways to help increase and improve individual and team performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
  • Be accountable and hold your team accountable for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably high-volume inside sales
  • 1-3 years of Sales management experience, preferably high volume inside sales
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Comfortable seeking feedback from all levels in the organization
  • Experience selling services or technology to small businesses is highly preferred
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong ability to manage change

*This role includes uncapped commission in addition to base salary


The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
