Please note that this role is mainly remote but will require sporadic trips to the Boston office (circa 2-3 per month, sometimes at short notice) so being commutable to Boston is essential.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure successful completion of T&E and invoice payments in a timely manner.
A typical day might include:

Accurately and quickly input data into the system and detect and correct data entry errors at time of data entry.

Exercise judgment in evaluating completeness and accuracy of invoices submitted for payment.

Provide support with administrative tasks in the Accounting department

Adhoc projects for A/P and Accounting teams

Drive weekly payment runs to ensure all vendors are paid per the terms of the agreements

Bi-weekly entry of all T&E for Bullhorn
