Position Overview
The Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant will play a key role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of their customer journey data. You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions, ensuring that our clients can seamlessly analyze and visualize cross-channel customer interactions to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytics experience, and excellent communication skills to work closely with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, ensuring that data from multiple sources is properly ingested, mapped, and visualized within the platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, customer journey needs, and analytics objectives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations on how to optimize Adobe CJA for enhanced data analysis and decision-making.
- Develop and customize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that align with client needs. Work with clients to design and deploy custom metrics and KPIs within Adobe CJA.
- Ensure that all data is accurate, timely, and actionable. Implement data quality standards and best practices to maintain high-quality customer journey data.
- Provide training and support to client teams on Adobe Customer Journey Analytics usage, best practices, and data interpretation. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to CJA implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business analysts to ensure smooth implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe CJA features, updates, and best practices. Recommend continuous improvements for Adobe CJA configurations and processes based on client feedback and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics or customer journey analysis
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.)
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of data management, ETL processes, and cross-channel data integration
- Proficiency in Adobe CJA and/or Adobe Analytics setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data modeling, segmentations, and building custom reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, SQL, or other) is a plus
- Previous consulting experience, particularly in a client-facing role, is a plus
- Must be available to travel for on-site meetings with project teams
