Who You Are:

You are looking for an opportunity to bring your creative, organized, and strategic thinking to a role that allows you to impact the success of others.  Leveraging your sales-minded entrepreneurial spirit through creative and impactful outreach strategies to engage and empower affiliates to flourish in the HighLevel program.  Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape will serve you well as you impact and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition. 


To be successful in this role, you will exemplify our “customer obsessed” ethos, demonstrating best in class affiliate partnership practices. You will have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS landscape will serve you well as you help grow the Affiliate Program. Your responsibilities will include preparing assets and improving the health of the program to engage and expand the largest channel of HighLevel customer acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that grow the Affiliate impact on the HighLevel business.
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Departmental leadership to develop and deploy ongoing Affiliate campaign strategies.
  • Conduct regular, vigilant analysis of affiliate activities to encourage positive Affiliate Program participation.
  • Weekly creation of summarized reports on overall affiliate activity and emphasizing specific unique affiliate behavior.
  • Learn, understand, and articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform to better recruit prospective affiliates.
  • Analyze and establish metrics for affiliate engagement, satisfaction, and expansion to prioritize projects.
  • Grow the size of and the engagement of the HighLevel Affiliate Community via weekly posts and daily community responses.
  • Work closely with the Director of Affiliate Programs to provide internal Affiliate Managers resources and support that will create a stronger Affiliate Program.
  • Integrate and align affiliate department activities with company-wide marketing strategies.  
  • Source out-of-the-box affiliate opportunities to further develop HighLevel’s presence and ability to attract potential affiliates.
  • Confidently work with large amounts of data and have a data-minded approach to planning department work and analyzing its outcomes.
  • Measure and provide detailed analysis on success against affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics.
  • Drive forward projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required 2+ Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience
  • Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO
  • Comfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to demonstrate and justify the results of your work, continuously developing your approach based on feedback and results of past experiments.
  • Professional, eye-catching writing skills
  • A strong technical aptitude to help our affiliates succeed with the HighLevel software
  • Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems
  • Working knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media
  • Strong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projects
