SharkNinja is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Allocation Analyst for its North American business. The Allocation Analyst is responsible for executing a retail-level allocation plan to ensure top-tier customer service and maximize total revenue across the portfolio. The Allocation Analyst will also identify opportunities for process and tool improvement and may lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business results by monitoring trends, executing allocation plans, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Partner with Commercial Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Finance to gather data on POS trends, market dynamics, category trends, and customer partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and manage excess inventory
  • Assess demand risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigating risks
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement supply chain planning processes, enhancing planning maturity and maintaining key supply chain inputs

Attributes & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-5+ years of proven experience in demand planning or supply chain roles
  • Successful track record of developing reliable forecasts incorporating baseline modeling, event lift, attachment rates, pricing elasticity, new product launches, retailer insights, and competitive activities
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data (KPIs) to achieve targeted results
  • Advanced experience with large data sets and Excel
  • Ability to identify and predict sales trends and manage inventory levels
  • Experience with ERP or demand planning systems is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, and ability to reconcile data elements
  • Business and financial acumen with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to risk management
  • Capability to partner with and influence across functions, including Commercial Sales, Category Management, and Finance
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to follow through, and willingness to learn and lead by example
  • Unpretentious confidence, transparent communication, and respect for others
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the consumer products industry and with both B2B and D2C is a plus
