NOBULL is currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to help support our growing creator ecosystem. The Influencer Marketing Associate is responsible for leading our ongoing creator program and assisting creator campaigns to support marketing initiatives in order to build brand awareness and support the presence of NOBULL on social media. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial-minded social media professional with customer facing experience, data-driven decision-making skills, and a knowledge of influencer marketing best practices, culture, & trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and vet potential creators whose audience aligns with the brand's values and target demographics.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with creators to foster brand partnerships and collaborations. Engage with creator content daily.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing creator marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and conversion to evaluate success.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and present insights for future improvement, using data to inform strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in influencer marketing.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams (e.g., social media, PR) to ensure alignment and maximize impact across channels.
  • Utilize influencer marketing platforms and tools to streamline processes and manage relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing (1-3 years preferred) and customer facing initiatives. Hands on experience with creators.
  • Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong intuitive understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and software for tracking campaigns and engagement. Experience with Creator iQ and Tribe Dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and guide decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all communications and reports.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and change priorities as necessary.
  • Genuine interest in and passion for NOBULL and its mission. A passion for the sports, fitness, and training industries
