OVERVIEW:
The Associate Manager, Creative Operations reports to the Director of Creative Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day project management and traffic flow of CORE and line extension print and digital projects. The Associate Manager, Creative Operations will ensure that all work is assigned appropriately, inputs are strong and that the ask is shepherded from kickoff to file release. They will work closely with the Director to ensure strategic initiatives are appropriately staffed, executive timelines can be actioned on, and the team’s workload is manageable.
In addition, the Associate Manager will be responsible for understanding the overarching project load and available resources within the Production and Digital Teams. The Associate Manager will regularly reprioritize and shift projects to accommodate the fluctuations of the business, while focusing on efficiency. They will collaborate closely with Production Leads, NPD PMs and CGI PM to coordinate timelines, resources and to share information.
The Associate Manager will also be responsible for managing all promo requests that are owned by Ninja Digital. This includes coordination of the quarterly envelope development and alignment with the DTC Team on timelines and resources. They will collaborate with all PMs on resource planning across NPD and CORE initiatives for digital.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Lead weekly and daily status update meetings with key Production, Operations, and Digital Team members, business partners, and maintain daily hot lists as needed
- Prepare and negotiate timelines, schedules, and resources with Product Development, Creative, CGI, Operations and other team members as needed
- Communicate regularly about project progress, status, scope, risks and opportunities to team, colleagues and Associate Managers
- Proactively set expectations, communicate project status, and assist internal clients
- Proactively reach out to business partners to forecast work and maintain production schedules
- Manage Workfront as needed to support the team’s workload and provide visibility to dates and resource constraints
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively refine and establish processes to streamline work. Process improvements to span across inner-team dynamics, Workfront, and overall creative collateral routing

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management or closely related Traffic Management position in a creative environment.
- Experience working at in-house creative departments or ad agency environments that support worldwide offices required.
- Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, Microsoft Word required, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint a plus.
