What We're Building

ZK proofs are one of the most critical technologies to blockchain scaling, interoperability and privacy, but are too complex for most developers today. Succinct’s mission is to make zero knowledge proofs accessible to any developer.

SP1 is a state of the art zkVM with performance that rivals custom ZK circuits and lets developers use ZK with normal programming languages, like Rust. The Succinct Prover Network, under active development, is a hosted infrastructure layer for any application to outsource proof-generation for open-source proof systems.

Today, top teams in the space, including Celestia, Wormhole, Lido, Avail, Near, and Gnosis are using Succinct’s infrastructure to build with ZKPs. We have a track record of shipping excellent products and cutting-edge technical work in ZK and have significant revenue from our customers.

We recently announced our $55 million raise across our Seed and Series A led by Paradigm, the best investor in crypto. Our team is still small but incredibly strong, and we are looking for exceptional people who are excited to work hard on challenging and impactful problems in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As our Brand Designer, you’ll be the first dedicated team member responsible for shaping, maintaining and evolving the Succinct visual identity. Collaborating closely with our founders, BD and marketing teams, you’ll craft elegant design visuals across a variety of internal brands, products, and distribution channels—ranging from social media (X) and blog posts to Go-to-Market (GTM) launch videos.
Your expertise will shape the visual storytelling of our brand as we grow, ensuring a cohesive and captivating aesthetic across all platforms. You’ll lead the creation of assets for a variety of brand initiatives, serving as a steward of the Succinct brand.

In this role, you will:

• Design and produce assets for internal brands, including social media posts, blog posts, motion graphics, and product launches.

• Develop storyboards and execute motion design for video content to support our GTM strategy.

• Help shape and grow our visual identity through ongoing marketing/brand initiatives.

• Collaborate with various teams to create engaging visual content that enhances messaging and resonates with our audience.

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a strong grasp of brand, color theory/typography and can seamlessly integrate them into brand assets.

• Have a solid understanding of animation, kinetic type and can make flat graphics sizzle.

• Are highly skilled in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator).

• Have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to motion design and storytelling through visuals.

• Are excited to be the first brand design hire at Succinct, with the opportunity to significantly influence the company’s visual identity.

• Are able to handle multiple projects at once, balancing creativity with production efficiency.

• Have a strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills across mediums (brand, motion design, web design, social media assets, etc.).

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience building a notable brand in fintech or crypto.

• Have a strong understanding of web design, UX/UI and motion.

• Have extensive knowledge of crypto/ZK.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working with a small, driven team that values creative freedom, fun and elegant design.

• Are self-directed and can independently identify opportunities to elevate our brand over the competitive set.

• Can produce beautiful assets quickly and at scale.

• Are passionate about visual storytelling and growing a brand.
