As the Brand Operations Manager at WHOOP, you will work directly with the marketing & brand teams to organize and manage workflows from beginning to end, while flawlessly executing each project. This role will be responsible for managing (and at times producing) creative projects across all channels, while driving continual process improvements. This role will build scalable processes, tools, and resources to maintain WHOOP as a category leading brand.
The Brand Operations Manager will report to the VP, Brand and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive team output.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and implementation of project management methodologies that align how we work across all marketing functions
- Track projects and conduct regular analyses to understand workload and provide resourcing recommendations, and at-risk work
- Partner with ICM and creative leads to provide input on creative briefs, understanding critical requirements and business needs
- Manage non-CAC Brand budgets and make strategic decisions for cost efficiency
- Partner with our transcreation team to drive our internationalization process, identifying ways to streamline ways of working, including operational support from other teams like LCM
- Lead operational improvements, including analyzing efficiency, tools, and processes
- Manage P0-P1 initiatives from inception to execution, including coordinating with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and partners
- Drive process and ways of working for the Creative, New Media, and Product Marketing teams, iterating on ways to optimize workflow
- Develop & manage timelines/schedules, manage resources
- Lead all projects with positivity, humility, and determination
- Produce projects as needed, or oversee external vendors and support
- Manage internal reviews and ensure clear communication
- Identify project risks and offer solutions
- Maintain clear cross-functional alignment on scope and deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of project management or operational experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Experience in managing complex marketing communications & campaigns
- Proven track record of creating processes & organizing teams
- High proficiency in Google Suite
- Has a talent for efficiency, is self motivated, and collaborative
- Adaptable to change in a quick-moving environment
