About Us
InterSystems Certification Program develops and delivers IT certification exams that help professionals validate their expertise in today’s dynamic technology landscape. With a commitment to psychometric rigor and innovation, we ensure that our exams meet the highest standards of fairness, reliability, and validity.
By joining our team, you will work alongside experienced exam developers and a psychometrician to conduct research and psychometric analyses on operational testing products designed for certifications. The internship project focuses specifically on standard setting and will provide mentorship and hands-on experience in the field of psychometrics.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with diverse academic and professional backgrounds who bring a fresh perspective to our team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychometrics, Industrial Psychology, Educational Measurement, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CTT (Classical Test Theory), and an interest in learning more about standard-setting approaches.
- Working knowledge of R and Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to compose research proposals under supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
