The Crown Is Yours
Play a crucial role in the review and response to our customer's disputes. As a Chargeback Recovery Associate, you will work with our Chargeback team to support our customers and internal teams with the goal of maximizing the financial recovery of transaction and mitigate future losses.
What you'll do as a Chargeback Recovery Associate
- Pull and review transaction disputes from back offices, promptly flagging accounts and seizing funds in response to chargeback statuses mitigating potential financial loss for DraftKings.
- Identify representable cases and build representment packages to enable the funds recovery from payments processors.
- Maintain knowledge of the upcoming industry and product risks, regulatory changes, emerging risks, and trends.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding dispute status or outstanding processor dispute resolution.
- Build out cases for our collections partners to enable funds recovery and manage the partner engagement process until resolution.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of payment processing and chargebacks.
- Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
- Experience in SQL is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $19.62 - $29.42, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
