You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

The Opportunity
You are applying for a Mergers and Acquisitions Internship. An offer for this internship will also include an invitation to PwC's Women's Consulting Experience (pwc.com/wce).
As part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team you are expected to participate in various phases of projects, including research, analysis, and developing insights that address significant client issues related to growth and M&A strategies. As an Intern/Trainee you are expected to support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC practices. You are expected to perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.

What You Must Have
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree either as sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program
- The Women's Consulting Experience (WCE) program is eligible to students who self-identify as female

The salary range for this position is: $53.00 - $53.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
