The Team
You'll be an integral part of our esteemed Corporate Technology Team, comprised of 5 stacks: Investments & Finance, Risk & Law, HR & Employee Experience (EE), Portfolio, and Strategy Operations. Our team operates on a global scale, driving innovation and excellence across diverse areas of expertise. As a Corporate Technology Strategy Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and monitoring the technology strategy for each of these pillars, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. The Impact
- Strategy Support: Collaborate closely with the Head of Technology Strategy to support the development, refinement, and execution of technology strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strategy Reviews: Assist in coordinating regular strategy review meetings to assess progress, identify risks, and adjust strategies as needed to stay on course.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on key results and strategic insights, providing valuable information to senior leadership and relevant teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather input, communicate strategy updates, and address concerns or feedback.
- Clarity of Objectives: Ensure clarity and alignment of technology strategy objectives throughout the organization, facilitating communication and understanding across teams.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress towards strategic milestones, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to support the implementation of technology strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate technology strategy into business processes and initiatives, driving alignment and synergy.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in strategy development and execution, preferably in the technology sector
The Ideal Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in program management, supported by verifiable achievements and accomplishments in coordinating activities, reporting on key results, and engaging stakeholders in strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as evidenced by previous work experience, certifications, or training in communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as demonstrated by previous work experience or academic achievements requiring effective management of multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with change management processes and methodologies, supported by verifiable training, certifications, or previous work experience in implementing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and anticipate future trends and challenges
- Experience managing business engagements, starting with building strong relationships with the various business leads and balancing a wide variety of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Proven ability to promote ideas and proposals persuasively, shape stakeholders' opinions, project a positive image, work through conflicts and negotiate win/win solutions
- Proven ability to apply financial insights and draw accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative information
- Proven experience in driving process optimization and organizational change
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward established goals
- Excellent facilitation skills and proven ability in promoting collaboration within and across teams
- Ability to think innovatively in developing and executing change
- Cloud and DevOps experience
