As a Client Success SEM Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing the overall SEM strategy to drive online traffic and achieve our partner's SEM goals. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis.
We find this position interesting because you will use your knowledge of SEM to drive measurable results for our partner's SEM campaigns. You will use your creativity and analytical skills to help scale our partner's SEM campaigns. You'll gain opportunities to develop your SEM experience across multiple industries and varied campaign budget sizes.
What You Will Do:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing SEM strategies
  • Partner closely with the SEM operations team to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
  • Pinpoint and communicate actionable SEM insights that improve ROI
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns to identify areas of opportunity
  • Monitor SEM KPIs such as CPC, CTR, and conversions
  • Recommend new keywords or ad copy to improve performance
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimizations
  • Help come up with streamlined processes for cross-team collaboration


Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on agency experience with planning and implementing successful SEM campaigns across a vast range of industry verticals
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends in SEM
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Current Google Ads certification
  • This position requires candidates to be located in EST or CST
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another quantitative field
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

The approximate compensation range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
