Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid office schedule

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Demand Generation Programs Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing initiatives at Onshape by PTC. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5-7+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, demonstrating a proven ability to drive high-quality leads, engage target audiences, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging advanced marketing tools, and delivering actionable insights to enhance overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Management: Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Chatbot Implementation: Oversee the creation and management of Drift chatbot playbooks on the website to enhance user engagement and lead conversion.
  • Webinar Execution: Plan, promote, and manage webinars, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-value content to prospects and customers.
  • Content Creation: Develop and repurpose valuable content to support campaigns across email, website, webinars, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Database Management: Maintain and optimize the marketing contact database, ensuring accurate segmentation, consent tracking, and hygiene to support targeted outreach.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and lead quality, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring campaigns are innovative and competitive.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within a professional B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Drift or other chatbot technologies.
  • Experience planning and executing webinars for lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Continuous improvement of campaign metrics, including engagement rates and conversion rates.
  • Efficient management of marketing databases and technology to ensure campaign success.
