Role Overview:
Ping Identity is seeking a Manager of Digital Demand Generation to develop and lead digital marketing programs that drive pipeline supporting revenue growth across the Americas. This role will lead 1:many digital campaigns and build regional and industry-specific campaigns for our sales teams that generate high-quality leads, optimize conversions across the funnel, and accelerate pipeline creation. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B digital marketer with a track record orchestrating, planning, and executing data-driven paid digital programs, with experience across media planning, demand generation, account-based marketing, and intent platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive digital demand programs inclusive of always on programs (e.g. SEM/paid search, content syndication, paid social, email, webinars, and sponsored digital events), campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives to achieve lead and pipeline targets.
  • Design and implement digital demand generation programs that acquire leads and nurture them through the buyer’s journey, ensuring strong progression through each funnel stage toward conversion. 
  • Partner with our marketing and sales team to identify opportunities to expand reach in key regional and vertical markets.
  • Partner with media agency resources to direct and guide optimal paid media execution across multiple channels.
  • Partner closely with global campaigns, field marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations and sales development reps to align on campaign strategies, execution, enablement and follow-up to maximize the impact of digital campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring that programs contribute effectively to the pipeline targets. Translate insights into actionable improvements that drive higher lead conversion and greater pipeline velocity. 
  • Build materials which communicate vision, strategy, and results with stakeholders (eg. status reports, scorecards, campaign reports and quarterly business reviews)


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, paid digital media, or related fields, with a focus on B2B. SaaS marketing experience strongly preferred. 
  • A deep understanding of persona-based marketing, audience/buyer’s journeys, and segmentation strategies
  • Skilled in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) with familiarity in analytics and intent data/platforms including 6sense.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on using data to inform and optimize campaign decisions for top-of-funnel and pipeline progression.
  • Strong project & organization management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and influence
  • A demand for excellence in all forms of communication
  • A natural problem solver who can not only identify points of friction but quickly implement new processes or workflows to improve performance, speed, and success of the organization
  • Experience working with and managing vendors including marketing agencies, publishers, and more.


USA: $96,000 - $125,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
