Job Requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • Extensive payroll knowledge - including payroll calculations, tax regulations, wage deductions and benefits administration. Experience with multiple payroll systems is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state and local payroll regulations.
  • Experience with tax law, labor regulation reporting and compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to build high performing teams.
  • Payroll system implementation and integration with other HR/finance systems.
  • Payroll troubleshooting experience and solution implementation.
  • Partner management - experience with 3rd party technology providers, 3rd party service organizations.
  • Strong understanding of governance/management of service level agreements.
  • Communication and collaboration.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
