We are currently seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to help support our company's scaling growth. This role will lead and drive the overall recruitment strategy for NOBULL. Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the overall recruitment strategy for NOBULL
  • Develop recruitment strategy, coach, and support hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment beginning from job description creation through to offer management
  • Source and assess talent, and present a broad array of top talent to hiring managers
  • Build talent pipeline through creative solutions, including internship programming
  • Assess and analyze current processes related to recruiting and talent management and optimize, improve and iterate as appropriate relative to current business goals and hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders in an effort to understand respective department structures, key initiatives, assess talent needs, and proactively develop talent solutions and tools for a scaling business
  • Maintain and demonstrate active industry awareness, including an understanding and deep curiosity for emerging talent trends, industry news and market data.
  • Partner with team members to manage on-boarding process
  • Proactively develop candidate pipeline and nurture candidate relationships for future opportunities
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and procedures and implement creative solutions
  • Manage job postings and oversee the job description library
  • Help establish key recruiting metrics
  • Manage and support internal posting and referral processes
  • Work with greater team to execute internship programs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition and full lifecycle recruitment
  • Recruiting experience in Footwear and/or Apparel industries required
  • Demonstrated success implementing innovative ways to attract and retain talent
  • Demonstrated experience managing inclusive hiring best practices
  • Strong leadership experience to collaborate with key leaders across the business to understand, anticipate and drive recruiting and talent related strategies
  • Experience working with product creation teams
  • Experience working with a DTC brand or retail brand
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills and the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
  • Proven experience influencing and consulting hiring teams while operating in an agile and dynamic environment
