Wall Street Prep (WSP) is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Enrollment Advisor Lead to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will support finance professionals exploring WSP’s online certificate programs to advance their careers. As the primary liaison for our university partnerships, you will manage relationships, oversee program initiatives, and take ownership of events such as closing ceremonies and swag distribution. Additionally, you will advise and guide prospective candidates on the benefits of our professional certificate programs while providing ongoing support to participants throughout their journey, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from current and prospective students via email, phone, and 1:1 virtual Zoom consultations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with university partners to enhance program engagement and collaboration.
  • Plan and execute in-person events, including closing ceremonies and swag distribution, to enrich the student experience.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment and cohort health metrics, ensuring program success and growth.
  • Build trust and credibility with learners by delivering a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Advise prospective students on program options, aligning recommendations with their qualifications and career goals.
  • Conduct timely and effective outreach to ensure enrollment and service level objectives are met.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students to support their engagement and success.
  • Clearly articulate and explain university and WSP policies to both prospective and current students.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses to student and prospect inquiries.
  • Be available for 30-minute consultation appointments with prospective and current students.
  • Host weekly information sessions about certificate programs alongside program directors.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, metrics-driven approach to outreach and enrollment efforts.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of proven customer service, enrollment, sales or related experience required
  • Prior experience communicating and engaging with finance professionals preferred
  • Experience working with certification programs preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to think and plan ahead without prompting
  • Superb ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with both internal team members as well as prospective applicants to Wall Street Prep’s certificate programs
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills and ability to effectively engage and support executives and finance professionals exploring Wall Street Prep’s career certificates.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • A collaborative team player who is excited to have a dynamic role in a growing company
