About Us:
We’re one of the fastest-growing startups in Boston, building hardware + AI-powered software solutions that help cities accelerate the speed and quality at which roads and sidewalks are maintained. We already work with 300+ customers across the U.S. and Australia—including the cities of Boston, Cambridge, and Atlanta—and we’re currently running major pilots with NYC and Philadelphia. Our mission is bold, and our momentum is real: we're planning a major Series A fundraise later this year and scaling fast.
The Role:
This is not a coffee-fetching internship. You’ll act as the CEO’s right hand—sitting in the center of the action, learning how a real company scales, and making high-impact contributions every day. You’ll interface directly with C-suite leaders, investors, board members, and customers, helping the CEO stay focused, organized, and several steps ahead.
This role blends high-level communication and executive support with hands-on, technical problem solving. You’ll be expected to use the latest AI tools (like GPT-4o, Claude, Lovable, or similar agent frameworks) to prototype and launch internal tools, workflows, and scrappy MVPs that make the company and CEO more efficient.
It’s a fast-track opportunity to Chief of Staff or founding operator roles down the line. If you want to start your own company someday, this is your proving ground.
What You’ll Do
- Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, low/no-code platforms (e.g., Lovable, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Prototype internal apps we can fine-tune using private company data
- Be a ruthless AI productivity hacker—accelerating workflows across the company
- Draft and send high-stakes emails to investors, customers, and partners
- Help manage hiring pipelines and screen candidates (including executive-level)
- Join key meetings and help prep materials, follow-ups, and action plans
- Take on anything from strategic research to personal errands—whatever helps the CEO stay focused
- Work directly on projects related to our Series A fundraise, sales strategy, and product roadmap
Who You Are
- High-agency, resourceful, and deeply curious
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable around senior executives and fast-moving teams
- Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, and other emerging agent frameworks
- Experienced with no-code/low-code tools; some scripting or light coding ability a strong plus
- Up to date on the latest AI advancements and excited to experiment in a live company environment
- Excited by the pace and chaos of startup life—willing to go above and beyond
This role is perfect for:
- Ambitious undergrads or grad students with an interest in startups, operations, VC, or product
- Future founders or operators looking for a front-row seat to how a company scales
