As a Finance Operations Specialist you will have the opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals. You will specialize in customer-facing activities such as licensing, billing, and collections, as well as other routine finance department processes.  The role will involve working across functions in the organization to support the sales team and other customer-facing roles as well as initiatives specific to the finance team.  Your role will involve providing critical insights that shape the decisions of key stakeholders.

Key Functions:

  • Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections
  • Engage with customers on inquiries and past due payments
  • Analyze and forecast customer payments
  • Assist drafting of licensing agreements to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Deploy customer licenses via Salesforce environment and update customer accounts
  • Submit and monitor Partner Order App in Salesforce
  • Support the various financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, audit, etc.) by providing financial data, reporting, and analysis
  • Interpret financial data and identify trends and discrepancies
  • Ad Hoc financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative team environments

Salary

The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$60,000 annually. Actual pay within the range is influenced by multiple factors, including but not limited to skill set, your residence location, and prior work experience.
