Job Description

The GTM Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in accelerating pipeline, using your analytical skills to organize and analyze data, generating insights that inform the effectiveness and efficiency our sales enablement and product marketing teams. You will work on projects that are important to the business and assist with organizing and analyzing data independently but also work collaboratively across functions to ensure stakeholder and business alignment. 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis: Utilize sales, customer, product and market-driven data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across competitive positioning, customer satisfaction, product adoption, pipeline acceleration and revenue. 
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing efficiency. 
  • Product Lifecycle Measurement: Track & analyze product lifecycle including product launch performance, pricing, and product adoption and provide actionable recommendations. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align strategies and initiatives and support cross-functional projects. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Gather requirements for reporting and analytics and build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. 
  •  Feedback and Iteration: Gather insights from sales teams and propose enhancements to sales enablement programs and processes to ensure continuous improvement. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, marketing, marketing and/or sales operations, sales enablement, or related roles. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in marketing operations, sales, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, content management systems). 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
