As the first Head of Digital Transformation for Credit Unions, you will define and execute Blend’s strategy in the Credit Union sector. This is a high-impact role where you will leverage your industry expertise, relationships, and leadership to drive customer adoption, revenue growth, and industry influence.

How you'll contribute: 

  • Thought Leadership & Brand Building: Position Blend as the go-to technology partner for Credit Unions by speaking at trade shows, leading Blend-hosted customer events, and building an online presence to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Blend’s Credit Union practice, including key use cases, pricing models, positioning, branding, and go-to-market channels.
  • Customer Success & Revenue Growth: Work closely with Credit Unions to showcase how they can leverage Blend’s technology to drive efficiency, growth, and superior member experiences.
  • Technology Adoption: Establish Blend as the core digital transformation platform for Credit Unions across the U.S.

Who you are: 

  • Passionate about the intersection of software, AI, and financial services, particularly in the Credit Union space.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about Credit Union operations, having served as an executive or leader within the industry.
  • Experienced in leading a business, practice area, or P&L from strategy through execution.
  • A thought leader among Credit Union executives, with a track record of driving business outcomes through technology.
  • A strong communicator who can engage and influence C-level executives, industry stakeholders, and technology teams.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive results.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 70% annually) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build strategic relationships.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the hiring compensation range (OTE = Base + Variable) for this position is between $209,000 and $246,000. Blend benefits and perks are described below.  

Final pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
