Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX) is the industry-leading purchase intelligence and incentives platform. We are a product-driven company that cares about three things: our people, our customers, and our partners. Together, we make commerce more rewarding for everyone by helping businesses attract, understand, and incentivize consumers through their banks’ digital channels.

About the Position

The Head of Product, Growth & New Solutions is responsible for scoping and building a card-linked/loyalty offering to publishers outside of Cardlytics' core banking vertical. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll identify markets, architect solutions, and drive execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Partnerships, Product and Engineering counterparts in order to develop solutions utilizing our technology, transaction data and offer content in order to identify how partners can best leverage our assets for their customers.

  • Drive opportunity sizing for those deals, defining milestones and aggressive timeline for those partnerships to scale.

  • Document requirements for MVP and subsequent product evolution and work hand in hand with our engineering team to design and build those product solutions.

  • Build and foster relationships with publisher counterparts in order to keep the relationship thriving and growing with the launch of new product solutions.

Requirements:

  • The candidate has a driven, hands on mindset and successfully conceptualized and built 0 to 1 businesses in the past.

  • The ideal candidate must possess great attention to detail, with a strong proficiency in UX and design.

  • The candidate has experience building products not just with internal stakeholders but with external partners.

  • 10+ years of senior product leadership experience in ad tech and/or fintech. Experience with data pipeline and transaction data ingestion is a plus.

  • Establish key performance metrics, track and execute on them.

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the team that aligns with organizational goals.

  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.

  • Be the voice of our partners, driving proactive cross-functional alignment and collaboration internally with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and Legal leadership to align on strategic initiatives and drive successful project execution that meet and exceed organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Technical Environment

We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). While our preferred platform is macOS, we support both macOS and Windows. Familiarity with or willingness to work within this environment is required.

Core Values

Our shared values are the driving force behind everything we do. Across all roles, we are looking for teammates who embody these values:

  • Customer and partner-first

  • Act with urgency and focus

  • Integrity with our partners and data

  • Accountability even when challenged

  • Empowerment over hierarchy

  • Growth over comfort

Benefits and Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on your first day

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match, plan also includes a student loan debt repayment option

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Educational assistance for continuing education

  • Lifestyle Spending Account for physical, emotional, and financial wellness (like gym memberships, home down payments, art classes, park passes, and more!)

  • Complementary Calm app subscriptions to support employee mental health and wellbeing

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
