What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner closely with Next’s leadership team and the VP of People to establish, articulate, and implement a comprehensive total rewards philosophy and strategy.
  • Ensure that all compensation and benefits initiatives are aligned with Next's overarching goals, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, retains, and inspires top talent.
  • Oversee the development, execution, administration, and reporting of executive compensation, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Collaborate with the VP of People to manage matters related to the compensation committee and prepare supporting committee materials.
  • Work alongside the People Leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure total rewards programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of individual business units.
  • Provide strategic leadership for global benefits offerings, including health and welfare plans, time-off policies, and leave of absence programs.
  • Drive effective communication strategies for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of total rewards initiatives.


 

What We Need: 

  • Established history of developing and executing comprehensive total rewards strategies in publicly traded organizations.
  • Skilled in collaborating with Compensation Committees and engaging with Boards of Directors.
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting requirements for public companies.
  • Extensive background in the technology industry, with additional experience spanning various sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage compensation programs for a globally dispersed workforce.
  • Broad expertise across all aspects of total rewards, including executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Successful track record in navigating high-growth business environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in data modeling and analysis.
  • Experienced in building out a strong analytics function and leveraging key insights to lead transformational change across Next.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position:

$203,000$274,000 USD
