Overview of the Function

As a member of the Global Strategic Projects Team within the People function, you will work at the intersection of people strategy, organizational transformation, and people experience. You will leverage HR strategies and insights to drive tangible results that influence the organization at a global scale.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
In your role, you will work on end to end implementation of HR strategic projects while ensuring outstanding stakeholder engagement and support for colleagues across our international offices. Specifically, you will:
- Lead & Support Global Strategic Projects: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute high-priority HR initiatives that shape the future of our organization. You will be instrumental in defining project scope, creating actionable timelines, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Examples include: building a Competency model, organizational design for a business function, improving governance and policies, and implementing strategic workforce planning.
- Develop Solutions: Collaborate with global teams to design and implement solutions that drive workforce transformation, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize people data and analytics to drive insights, develop project recommendations, and track progress to ensure measurable outcomes. Your ability to transform data into actionable business intelligence will be key in refining our HR strategies.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with other teams within the People function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Learning and Development to ensure the delivery of integrated HR solutions that align with business goals and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process optimization, contribute to redesigning workflows, and introduce new approaches that improve efficiency, agility, and the overall effectiveness of the People function.
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present high-quality reports for senior leadership, detailing project milestones, risks, and results, while maintaining strong communication throughout all stages of execution.
- Quality: Ensure the highest quality standards for data, project materials, and deliverables throughout project implementation and execution.
Key requirements (Communication/skills/experience)
We are looking for exceptional professionals with a proven track record of driving HR strategy and transformation. Ideal candidates will have:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- For Consultant Level: 3+ years of experience in HR, consulting, or organizational transformation.
- For Senior Consultant Level: 5+ years of experience, with a focus on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in key areas such as workforce strategy and transformation, HR strategy, organizational design, people analytics, change management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Hands-on experience supporting the design and implementation of strategic HR or organizational transformation initiatives, ideally within legal, consulting, professional services, or corporate environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to dissect workforce data, derive insights, and inform strategic decisions with data-driven approaches.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to senior leaders and drive consensus.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities and competing demands.
- A demonstrated ability to translate high-level organizational strategy into actionable, results-driven initiatives.
- Proactive in leveraging available resources, tools, and networks to support project delivery, solve problems, and drive impact.

This compensation range is specific to the States of New York and California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.
