The Crown Is Yours

As a Program Manager on our People Team, you’ll join an incredible group working together to build innovative experiences for everyone at DraftKings. In this role, you will gather data and perspectives to strategically design and deliver high-quality programs to support our employees. Using influence and clear communication, you’ll drive critical initiatives to completion that impact the growth and development across the organization.

What you’ll do as a Program Manager

  • Partner with stakeholders across the People team to execute organizational-wide programs that support the goals of the People function. This includes initiatives that support the Performance, Total Rewards, Engagement, Development and Retention of talent across DraftKings.

  • Work with key stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring progress is tracked through regular updates on project status, action items, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders regarding actions and deliverables for their team, including actions in place for addressing any open issues, ensuring points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify, define, and document best practices and key decisions.

  • Partner with the Internal Communications team to craft effective communication strategies tailored to target audiences.

What you’ll bring   

  • At least five years of experience in program management, specifically within the HR or people function. Experience managing an annual compensation cycle is a plus.

  • A strategic mindset focused on the long-term design of a program, having demonstrated success translating strategy into effective project plans.

  • Experience leading end-to-end program and change management efforts across multiple functions, and building alignment around a vision. 

  • Ability to explain complex concepts or problems of varying content, style, and form to fit the needs of diverse audiences. 

  • A proactive approach, turning ideas into action, problems into opportunities. 

  • Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where ambiguity and complexity are norms.

Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 116,000.00 USD - 145,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
