The Crown Is Yours
As a Multi-brand iGaming Marketing and Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing strategic initiatives. Your primary objective will be to streamline revenue operations through effective project planning, implementation, and analysis across multiple iGaming brands.
What you'll do as a Multi-brand iGaming Marketing and Operations Specialist

  • Lead revenue-focused projects from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth.
  • Conceptualize and execute best-in-class promotions across iGaming brands, strategizing to enhance the promotional experience for users while driving revenue growth.
  • Act as a bridge between departments such as Creative Ops, Legal, Growth Teams, and others, fostering cohesion, ensuring effective planning, and timely execution of revenue-centric initiatives.
  • Assess current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze revenue-related data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and recommend actionable strategies for revenue operations and acquisition.
  • Help manage the monthly acquisition budget to ensure we are hitting targets and have proper estimates each month.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, leveraging innovative solutions and best practices on multiple brands.
  • Serve as the point of contact and be the subject matter expert in all details related to iGaming regulations and legal requirements across brands.


What you'll bring

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant B2C direct response experience, preferably in the Technology, E-commerce, and/or Regulated Gaming Industry.
  • Online gaming background preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects related to revenue operations, with a strong focus on timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make strategic recommendations for revenue optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams, articulate strategies, and present findings effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges, adapt to changing requirements, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in process documentation, data analysis, and project planning.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
