Job Description:
An Inside Account Manager role is to support and partner with the Enterprise and Public Sector Account Executive Teams. This role partners closely with the Account Executive (AE) and internal teams including Sales Operations, Legal, Finance and Support to help close transactions. In this role you will work with many of the largest Pluralsight customers who are looking to add licenses to their current plans. This role will help drive bookings and help ensure a positive and efficient customer experience and long-term partnership with assigned customers.

What You'll do
- Assist Account Executives and customers with vendor form agreements, Purchase Orders and other administrative tasks related to the sales process
- Uncover and drive additional growth opportunities in existing accounts as assigned, with opportunity for full cycle deal management
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract and invoice alignment to sales orders
- Provide quotes to prospective customers as advised by the Sales team
- Answers customer questions and leads out on negotiating strategies and deal close execution
- Research and find data to support individual and comprehensive selling activities

Requirements
- Experience dealing with Procurement departments for large organizations
- Experience negotiating pricing and terms with customers
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $81,000 - $105,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
