The Crown Is Yours
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist at DraftKings, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies for our major Casino initiatives. This pivotal role involves not only supporting the overarching strategy for key Casino milestones but also crafting and leading integrated marketing campaigns that span all stages of the marketing funnel. Your efforts will be integral in driving stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and ensuring a seamless and impactful consumer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
What you'll do as an Integrated Marketing Specialist
- Orchestrate the cross-functional execution of assigned launches ensuring partners across the business have the context, tools, and direction necessary to meet and exceed campaign objectives.
- Harness long-term consumer insights to inform and enhance the Casino product, branding, and marketing strategies through proactive planning, development of learning agendas, and regular updates to the Casino marketing plans.
- Leverage data analysis and consumer insights, along with an understanding of relevant macro trends, to craft compelling messages that resonate with targets and achieve strategic objectives.
- Institute standards of excellence in writing creative briefs that direct internal creative teams and external agencies, including designing message tests and learning agendas for each assigned moment.
- Conduct thorough competitor research within the iGaming sector to gather actionable insights on market trends, competitor marketing tactics, product changes, and new game introductions.
- Synthesize launch performance results into compelling insights to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or strategic roles, with a strong preference for experience in iGaming, integrated marketing, and brand building within consumer-focused industries.
- An analytical mind that is experienced with data and can operate in ambiguity and make decisions without all the information at hand.
- Innovative and solutions-focused approach with experience driving new ideas and hypotheses that improve business metrics.
- Deep understanding of both prospective and existing customer journeys, with a keen insight into the needs and behaviors that influence these journeys.
- A positive and inclusive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Strong storytelling abilities with the skill to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner to senior leadership, influencing decision-making and strategic direction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
