Haemonetics Interns are assigned to a meaningful project within the company to acquire a variety of experiences, try different skills, and learn what a future career might offer while also contributing to our innovation agenda by completing business-critical projects and assignments.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with the transition of 1000+ devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 ahead of Microsoft’s end-of-support deadline
  • Provide deskside technical assistance to Boston office employees and remote support through ServiceNow.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new corporate conferencing platform and telecom system administration.
  • Contribute to the development of a new imaging process for endpoint devices, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Who You Are:

  • Technical Aptitude – Strong interest in IT with a natural ability to troubleshoot technical issues; prior experience in IT support is a plus but not required as you will be trained
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze challenges, identify solutions, and document key learnings from system upgrades.
  • Organization & Attention to Detail – Capable of tracking progress, maintaining detailed reports, and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Comfortable interacting with end users, providing clear guidance, and handling occasional high-pressure situations.
  • Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Open to new technologies and able to navigate evolving IT environments.
  • Education – Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering would be a plus but other related fields are welcomed.
