The Product team at Klaviyo is continuously looking for ways to build and deliver the best possible product for our customers. As a Lead Product Manager at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Klaviyo Operations (K-Ops) group. This role supports the needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) partners by solving for multiple customer personas, including internal Klaviyos via internal tools, and external customers through customer-facing features and experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer experience, marketing, sales, and support to build innovative products that enhance customer experiences, drive efficiencies at scale, and support growth.
Please note that this role is located in Boston and requires 3 days/week onsite. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the K-Ops product area, identifying significant opportunities aligned with Klaviyo's goals.
  • Conduct customer research and gather insights from data and user feedback to deeply understand the needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM teams such as Customer Experience, Help Center and Academy teams, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support to translate insights into requirements and drive product development from conception to launch.
  • Analyze key metrics, run experiments, and use data to continuously improve products and make informed decisions.
  • Mentor and develop a team of product managers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Dive deep into problems, sweat the details, and help your teams break things down into small, digestible pieces to deliver exceptional products through incremental, agile methods.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management with a minimum of 7 years, including at least 2 years managing product managers.
  • Experience shipping B2B SaaS products with a focus on self-service customers.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of resolving complex issues and delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Passion for product management as a craft and for building amazing B2B SaaS products.


The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.
Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$172,000 - $258,000 USD
