Job Description: Marketing Content Automation Administrator 

 

Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled Content Automation Administrator to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing an enterprise tool (such as Seismic, Pitcher, Big Tin Can, etc) to automate the creation of sales and relationship management presentations and marketing materials. This role involves programming automated decks, supporting users, and ensuring the efficient operation of the content automation tool. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and program automated sales and marketing presentations using the automation tool. 

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their content needs and translate them into automated solutions. 

  • Maintain and update automated content to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

  • Provide technical support and training to users of the automation tool. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the tool and automated content. 

  • Monitor the performance of automated content and make improvements as needed. 

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the tool to maximize its potential. 

 

The Skills You Bring  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus. 

  • Experience in marketing, sales and client service environments is a plus. 

  • Proven experience with content automation tools. 

  • Strong programming skills and familiarity with automation software. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Thinks Independently: Provides creative solutions to objections/problems.
