Mobile Device Management Engineer

We are hiring a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to design and support hardware, software, and cloud services to help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices. This individual manages, supports, troubleshoots and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs. The Mobile Device Management Engineer ensures that all mobile devices and activations are following Biofourmis's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate company deployed MDM solutions (on-premises and cloud).
  • Implement, test, and evaluate Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
  • Adopt, implement, and document repeatable change processes and best practices.
  • Upload, update, maintain, and delete iOS and Android Apps.
  • Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM software.
  • Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM software and that all appropriate applications are utilized.
  • Telephone, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Systems Administration of the MDM AirWatch cloud.
  • Administering and maintaining of the AirWatch Installation and configuration systems at Client with level 4 support. Be a mentor and work with other vendors and on-site vendors that support the MDM, Microsoft Office 365, and telecommunication systems.
  • Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.
  • Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-housed developed mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog and help deployment of those applications.
  • Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.
  • Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions.
  • Interface with the Microsoft Office 365 cloud with ActiveSync in the current AirWatch cloud and support the development of new MDM non AirWatch solutions.

Requirements/Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven work experience with MDM/UEM environments in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years in technical support.
  • 2+ years of SaaS or mobility experience preferred.
  • Strong experience with quality documentation preferred.
  • Direct and working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (i.e., MaaS360, AirWatch/Workspace One, MobileIron, Meraki, Jamf, Intune/MSEM).
  • Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices.
  • Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills required.
  • On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000 based upon experience.
