Join the Global Facilities team at Mimecast as Office Administrator and play a key role in keeping our Lexington office running smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for Mimecasters and visitors, your outstanding communication skills, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm will make a lasting impact.

This role is full-time onsite and offers the chance to contribute to regional administration while collaborating with teams across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for Mimecasters and visitors, managing communications and ensuring visitor protocols are followed.
  • Support daily office operations, including maintenance, budgeting, event planning, and occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to assist with onboarding, offboarding, and office resource planning.
  • Manage facilities requests through Zendesk tickets, including maintenance, desk assignments, and event setups.
  • Oversee office supplies, consumables, and catering for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with building management, vendors, and housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, post and courier services, and purchasing processes while adhering to company policies.
  • Assist with IT-related needs, such as staff access passes and contractor coordination.
  • Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives like CSR, Wellness, and Volunteer programs.

What You’ll Have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
