Oracle EBS Functional Test Lead/Test Manager (Remote)

Onsite Location: Boston, MA

Qualifications

- Accomplished Oracle EBS Functional Test Lead/Test Manager with progressive experience in developing a Test Plan and Test Strategy, Reviewing and Analyzing project requirements, Test resource planning and management, Conducting and Monitoring the test process, Promoting Test automation, Test execution and defect management, Tracking and Reporting test metrics (progress against plan), highlighting risks and issues to project teams and senior stakeholders

- Strong understanding of Oracle Process Manufacturing and ERP system integration points (mandatory)

- Hand-on working experience on Process Manufacturing module testing in Oracle EBS (mandatory)

- Good understanding and experience in various functional modules across Process Manufacturing

- Strong understanding of ERP software capabilities, rapidly discern, refine and incorporate requirements into highly functional systems.

- Proficient at identifying potential problems, offering alternative solutions, functional support and process improvements that facilitate operational excellence

- Experienced in Mobile devices and Android tablets testing

- Hands on experience on Rally, Zephyr, Service Now, Clarity, HP ALM, JIRA, ADPART, Oracle Test Manager, BugDB and Remedy

- Led and managed cross-functional teams, both at onsite and offshore for several high budget projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 7/30/24

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000/- to $112,300/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
