The Crown Is Yours
As a Performance Excellence Manager your focus will be on cultivating the skills and capabilities of our current and future leaders to drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance development programs specifically tailored to our Customer organization. This includes creating role-based training programs for Customer Experience, Risk Operations, and VIP services.
What You'll Do As A Performance Excellence Manager
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance development programs tailored to various performance levels and roles within the Customer organization.
- Develop a strategy to equip leaders with coaching and mentoring tools, enhancing their performance skills, personal development, and role-specific effectiveness.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on performance leveraging best practices and current trends.
- Coach leaders on using assessment tools to evaluate performance potential and performance, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized development plans.
- Leverage analytics data with senior leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent for key performance roles.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of performance development initiatives and continuously improve programs.
- Work closely with PEX partners, DK Learning & Development, and business leaders to ensure performance development initiatives align with organizational goals and strategies.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in performance development, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and delivering performance programs, preferably within a customer-focused organization.
- Certified in executive coaching or a related coaching discipline is highly preferred.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess needs, design solutions, and measure outcomes effectively.
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other development tools. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,800.00 - $139,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
