About the Role
Attentive is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Portfolio Marketing team. This role will be central to expanding our Voice of Market capabilities - gathering, analyzing, and distributing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and support go to market strategies. This role requires a researcher mentality and a storytelling skill set, with an ability to turn data into insights. You will also need a willingness to dive into projects and challenges that aren’t fully defined, proactively deliver plans, and execute independently. To be successful, this role will partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to help bring an understanding of the market to all aspects of our business.
What You'll Accomplish
- Voice of Market (VoM): Build and maintain a strategic POV on Attentive’s current and future position in the market. Combine insights from a range of internal and external sources, including customer calls, industry analysts, win/loss, and more. Create and update a comprehensive analysis of market shifts, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities. Support the distribution of insights, such as regular VoM readouts for an executive level audience, and customer newsletters.
- Market Trends: Stay on top of the latest macro, consumer, and industry trends. Distribute insights internally and partner cross-functionally to activate in GTM assets.
- Call-Listening Program: Establish a call listening program to develop deeper, real time insights into our customers and the market. Gather insights, and incorporate into VoM readouts. Evangelize the program across the Marketing organization.
- Narrative go-to-market: Support externalizing Attentive’s narrative, including program managing the quarterly ‘Beyond the Message’ webinar with Customer Marketing, and updates to core GTM presentations.
Your Expertise
- 3+ years research or analyst experience, such as market and/or competitive research and keeping up to date on industry trends
- 3-5 years working in product or portfolio marketing, or closely related space
- Experience required turning data into insights and presenting to internal and/or external stakeholders (technical and non-technical)
- Strong organizational skills are essential
- Familiarity with intelligence tools such as Gong and Klue, is a plus
- Experience working for a B2B SaaS-based technology company is a plus

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $155,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
